Check and see if the laptop is connected to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz wifi. If its the 2.4ghz that would be the issue. If its the 5ghz then not sure. My ps4 cant connect to the 5ghz wifi so it is much slower speed than say my phone that can connect to the 5g.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. As of matter of fact the hard wired and WiFi were intermittently disconnecting and reconnecting. I contacted Netgear Customer Service and they walked me through some steps to change some settings in the router. Since the changes, no dropping of WiFi signal or Ethernet connections. Try Netgear Customer Service.
