• I spoke with a Comcast Rep. who said he was a former phone installer. "Get an old router with a phone jack. Call Comcast, get activation for the phone, " secondary MTA device." This should work. It' interesting how, depending upon who you speak to, and the answer you get. Comcast should train more thoroughly. Shalom.
