“I just bought this devise and was having problems getting it connected to Spectrum. I called Spectrum and was told this devise is NOT compatible to Spectrum’s internet service. I was told I need to return the unit. Anyone else have this problem?”

it works very well with Spectrum unless you need a home phone with Spectrum . It does not handle voice , in our case we don't use a home phone
