• Yes this will work with Xfinity. This is a router and will work only if it is connected to a modem. The modem is the device that connects to the Xfinity Cable from outside, so as long as that modem is compatible, this will work.

• I’m not familiar with setup Xfinity/Comcast uses, but my cable company provides a cable modem where their cable plugs in. This modem has several exit ports providing a feed to the TV as well as other ports for things like routers. The router comes with a line to plug into the cable modem. A cable cannot be hooked up to the router.
