“I just bought this product last week. It work at the first day watching Netflix. However it stopped working on all 3 smart TVs in my house. I couldn't watch Netflix, Disney, YouTube, etc. It says connection error for which my tv wifi says it's connected.”

What I would suggest doing, if this issue has not been fixed, is factory reset the router, and remove the router from your saved connections on all of your tv’s. Once it has been factory reset, which should take no more than two minutes, reconnect the devices, and the issue should be solved.
