Does it work for voice on xfinity null

No, it does not. Also, if you get a Xfinity package that includes voice (even if Xfinity says it is fine to have this modem), Xfinity will later unilaterally change your plan to a higher cost plan on the reason that their voice package requires a modem that handles voice. The reason Xfinity gives is that the FCC mandates this requirement, although Xfinity representatives that sell you services initially do not tell you this at the time of sale.

To get around any company that makes you use their equipment if you need it for phone and won’t let you buy your own modem router that’s better than their junk is this, tell them you need a phone only EMTA it will be a regular modem without Internet connection it would only be used for phone and it is free.

You have voice/phone using this modem/router thru Xfinity?

This is a mesh router and only has slots for the ethernet cable to hood up to the modem.
