I bought this modem so I could upgrade my internet speed with Suddenlink. My old modem would only go to 200 - and it often was much slower resulting in a lot of buffering and lost connections. I upgraded to 400 and the modem works great. It is combined with an Eero system in my house and I could not be happier. No more buffering and I have quite a few devices on the network. I knew the Eero system was not the issue. The new modem fixed the problem. If you buy the modem you have to call Suddenlink to get it activated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does work with Suddenlink. You will need to call the Technical support line (residential or business) and provide them the MAC address on the box. At present Suddenlink does not support docsis 3.1, but since this one works for docsis 3.0 as well, it works fine. After about 15-20 minutes on the phone with a tech and them making whatever adjustments they needed, I was up and running. Not as easy as just logging on and having a support page, but the end result is the same.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check with Suddenlink customer service to be sure. The modem is compatible with DOCSIS 3.0 and 3.1 standards. This post from March 2017 states it is, but some others complain. http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r31282742-Per-Suddenlink-Netgear-CM1000-and-Aarris-SB8200-are-approved https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-s-the-latest-firmware-version-of-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-modem-router

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I know I'm a bit late to this but you can check the list of all compatible modems via this link: https://compatiblemodems.com/suddenlink/ The above was given to me by a customer service representative. I have not used the modem you have listed so I cannot comment. However, I have been a huge fan of the Arris SURFboard SBG6700AC fi you ever decide to go to another brand. I hope this helps.
