• No, for the "phone/voice" portion of comcast you will need their modem/router to use. You cannot have the phone option through a third party router. We used their phone/voice for a bit but dropped it as we really have no use for an additional phone line. This does work great with comcast internet though, I plugged it in and was up and running in 5 minutes after a call for them to ping the new modem.

• Does not have land line voice port/capability. Caused us finally to drop it for cell only. No big deal, and more savings.
