• My home is a 4000 sf ranch. This unit has eliminated previous dead zones that created annoying inconveniences. Not sure how it will perform in a 6000 sf home. You may need to consider the NETGEAR - Nighthawk X10 Wireless-AD7200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router or NETGEAR - Nighthawk X8 AC5300 Tri-Band Quad Stream Wi-Fi Router as well as auxiliary boosters.

• Its range is pretty impressive, but I think it might depend on how far spread out your house is. You might need to add an additional DST or two to extend the range, but they are sold individually, so that should be easy and effective.

• Get a wifi extender, for that large a home you probably need a more powerful router AND an extender to keep good signal.

• My home is 6500 Sq ft and with the extended I seem to have no issues, but I have only 4 devices using it.
