I have had Xfinity now for a few weeks now. I have used the Nighthawk modem from the beginning. I have been running right at 1 Gig speed. I would highly recommend making an appointment with "The Geek Squad". They can optimize this modem to perform optimally. I do not work for them I just know they can quickly sort this out for you as they did for me. Hint: Make your appointment in person. The Geek Squad are located in your local Best Buy Store. I'm not sure about the actual numbers but before I changed modems I had problems with the wifi reaching all through the house and had bad quality video on my ring doorbell, everything works great now, covers the whole house with a strong signal. I have many devices connected to my wifi and no problems anywhere.
