• Don't know what Comcast uses for $11 a month, but I purchased used this modem/router for the Comcast triple play and it works great. The installer would take no responsibility as he wanted me to rent the Comcast modem router, but it was easily set up, and works great.

• No. It is similar but not exactly the same. That one would be the Arris.
