• No it doesn't but Amazon sells them for $38 (Netgear PB022-100NAS Rechargeable Battery for Nighthawk Cable Modem Router) or you can buy any power backup battery and connect all equipment vs one for this modem which would only power the modem and not the rest of your equipment.
