I returned it as we have Verizon service and it is not compatible with our service . I was very disappointed to find that out after ordering from you as I told your IT person what service we had and he said it would work. You can imagine my surprise when we received it snd went to Verizon and they told me it wasn’t compatible. And emphasized that information was available on Verizon website snd Best Buy should have known that. So my hot spot router is a Verizon 5 G and has worked very well.
