• It requires a sim card just like a mobile phone and it includes a battery so it is fully mobile. You can also purchase extra batteries and swap them out or you can use a USB C battery pack to keep it powered for an extended period. You obtain a sim card from a wireless carrier like AT&T, T-mobile, Verizon, US Cellular or any number of MVNOs and then you purchase a data plan. The carriers will limit your data. T-Mobile allows the most amount of data as of 08-2023.
