Ring makes a wifi extender called a Ring Chime Pro for $50. This might be a cheaper solution for you. My configuration: One Ring Pro Doorbell, Three Ring Floodlight Cams, Two Ring Chime Pros. I have one chime pro in the garage and the other in my dining room. All cameras and doorbell are mounted on the outside of my 2900 sq. ft. single floor concrete block home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My house is very long in length.... I have not 1 but 2 concrete walls in between my router and the extender. It works great ! Signal is vey good ! Purchased 2 other extenders before this one that didn’t give me the reach this does.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends how thick your walls are and how far away the extender is going to be from both your router and and you ring door bell. I would say try it and if you can't get it to connect with full strength then return it, but as long as it's not too large of a distance between the three it will probably work just fine.
