Is this compatible with DOCSIS 3.1? null

Yes it is, however the router says is capable of speeds of up to 1.3GB and I am not seeing that even though my modem is kicking out those speeds. I would not buy a Netgear product. They have very poor tech support

This is only a router so it has nothing to do with the DOCSIS modem standard, so compatibility isn't an issue. It will take an RJ45 connection in from a DOCSIS 3.1 modem just fine but the router will not act as a DOCSIS 3.1 modem. You will need to buy one separately or choose a router that also has a docsis 3.1 modem built in.
