I assume you’re referencing use by children. There are parental controls available and an app for your phone that allows you to block and allow services. You could also put all the devices you want to limit on one wireless network and then configure that network’s radio to turn off at night which will block all access. Put all unrestricted devices on the remaining wireless network. Make sure to use different passwords for both networks.
