Red means those ports are low speed they should turn white if they are gigabit speed. I changed my old cat 5 cables to cat5e cables and the lights turn white. If the device your using can support over 100mbs and you have cat5e cables or better they will be white lights.

The router is capable of up to 1000 mbps, but your devices are only capable of only 100 mbps. If you connect a device that is Gigabit capable the lights will the be white.
