The bill comes from your internet provider. Spectrum or time warner or whoever. The router hooks up to the modem via Ethernet cable. Your provider should provide the modem. So far this router has been great. Whoever you use for internet service, you will have to call them and they will have to configure the router for you. Probably while you’re on the phone with them.
