• Yes, works with mine. It also worked with our previous generation model as long as we enabled "WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]" not just AES.

• Yes it does. I have 2 Nest 3rd gens (upstairs and downstairs has separate HVAC systems) and they both work fine. When I upgraded my router and used the same network name and credentials, I didn't have to log any of my devices back in. They automatically connected to the new router.
