Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Here was my situation and see if this is you. I had the router about two feet off the ground and it was located under a desk. I would get disconnected about 15-20 feet away from it. I took the router and put it in the second story of my house and can now stream in HD from anywhere in the house. See where you have it located and if it is low or in a closet, near a cabinet, then see if you can move it upstairs (if you have a 2nd story) or get it as close to the ceiling of your first floor as you can. Routers work like an umbrella when sending signal, so the higher you place it the farther the signal. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Move your router to more open space away from the modem. I had same issue before and I had to mount my router on the wall behind tv stand. Dont have any issues with connection at all now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Move the router into the open. Don't put it in a cabinet or under the desk. Make sure the antennas are deployed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You must have a bad unit or some SERIOUS interference from outside RF sources this unit has both good range and great signal integrity.
