Does this work when you have a dish with router? null

It should. The instructions state to connect the Orbi to the internet source, which would be via ethernet cable. I suggest you get a high end CAT 8 cable.

Yes it should work fine. The router is fully customizable including IP address scheme so there shouldn’t be any reason why it wouldn’t. I would say the easy config using the app doesn’t allow for IP address subnet changes but once initially configured you can go into the web browser on a computer and make further changes. Speed is good and flexible config.
