“Will this work with my Cox Technicolor CGM 4141? I am paying for Gigablast and am limited by the modem router combo (CGM4141) provided by Cox. I understand it's more cost effect to purchase a new modem but can I expect higher speeds with AX4200 system?”

Depends a lot on your device and distance. To utilize the faster speeds of WiFi 6 you need a device that can connect at those speeds. You also can’t be too far away from a router or satellite.
