Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the main router downstairs in the living room and 1 satellite upstairs in my office. Initially you set up the router first and I tested the speed there and got 450mbps+, then I set up the satellite upstairs and got the same signal trength and speed in my office. Before with wifi5 throughout and my old nighthawk, upstairs all my devices would drop signal randomly. Running a home office and 3 kids on zooms, this was a daily issue. I upgraded my ISP to 100mbps+ and the best I got was 150-200mbps on newer devices, but would still drop signal. Upgrading to wifi6(ORBI) all those issues are gone, my signal is strong and constant. With the same service on wifi6 devices I get 450mbps+ and on wifi5 we get 200+(still an improvement) no matter we we are in the house. Hope this helps.
