• A:Answer There is an option to turn on a separate IOT SSID that is 2.4GhZ with WPA2. I needed to do this for my pool control device. It didn't work right away, but it could be the pool equipment as much as the Orbi. Eventually it was working fine.

Q: QuestionMy house’s square footage isn’t huge, but we have four floors and the router needs to be in the basement. If the signal basically needs to go straight up, do I need one or two satellites with this router to get a good signal on the fourth floor?
