• wired backhaul does work great. Wifi Backhaul has also had no issues

• I set mine up wirelessly initially through the Orbi App. That worked out fine until the firmware update took place then I had to reconnect the satellite through the web browser orbilogin.com to get things working correctly again. I probably should have done it that way to begin with.

• Wireless, worked fine for a few minutes, then issues until it found a firmware update, had to reset it to install it.
