I am pretty sure the other 5ghz band is used for the wireless backhaul.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It has a 5Ghz band dedicated only to communications between the router and satellites. This wireless backhaul is not used for any other devices and allows the satellites to offer nearly as strong a signal as the router.
