You can't compare the two. Starlink is an internet service provider. These are just a wifi mesh network that you setup in your home to you can "connect" to an external internet provider like Starlink, Comcast, xfinity, etc. If you don't have an external internet provider, you will not get "internet" by setting these up in your home.
