We have a single story 2200 sq ft ranch style home that had dead spots at the far end of the house. Once we installed the Orbi, we no longer have this issue. When we were doing our research, it showed that a two story house (going through walls) wasn't a problem. Not exactly concrete but just some insight to our personal experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Each device was designed to break through traditional WiFi barriers to cover approximately 2,000 sq. ft. We recommend placing your router centrally if possible, but you should be fine with the satellite placed closer to the back part of your house if a central location(for the router) is not possible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it should
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem and I would say yes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Each device (router and satellite) is designed to cover approximately 2,000 sq. ft. The router would need to be centrally located to cover your entire home on its own, but the router and satellite combined should be more than adequate to cover the back part of your house if the router is located toward the front of your home.
