Short answer, no. Long answer, you could find a way to tether your cell phone internet to a laptop/desktop through Wifi/bluetooth, and then share the internet connection through the Ethernet connection connected to the Orbi. Then all your other wifi devices could connect to it.

For example on the iPhone, you go into Settings, Personal Hotspot, then turn it on. If you want to connect you'll have to dial in whichever device you're connecting to the internet the WiFi SSID from your phone with will show up on the screen once you power on your Hotspot. This is only an option for those who have a smartphone with Hotspot connection, also remember your cellular provider may charge extra to use a Hotspot on your phone since it'll eat up your Data Plan.
