The color you should be seeing is Orange, not Pink. Orange means that the adapter is in rest mode to save power. To turn that adapter green like the other one, you need to plug it into the device you need the internet on using another Ethernet cable. For example, in my photos the adapter that is green is plugged into my modem, but the adapter plugged into my PlayStation 4 is orange because the system is off and not using it.
