• I get about 180mps on the 2 floors up with the modem in the basement on a 250mps internet. For me that's pretty decent.

• Yeah you will. I had my Xbox One X hardwired from the Airport Extreme and gaming was great; however, connecting to Xbox Live parties was a hassle. Due to my lack of understanding of the advances settings, I found a work around with another router alongside my Airport.
