• Depends on your service provider. I know with Fios you will probably still have the phone, TV and internet, but things like the TV Guide and the caller ID display on your TV's will be lost unless you use there router (just put it in bridge mode).

• You can but alot depends on floor plan square footage construction materials you would do best to have a chat in store with some one and probably buying a separate modem and router also the router you’re looking at is using old technology n600 is a standard from 5+ years ago current standards are in ac or even ad ranging from 1200-3000
