As long as your incoming internet has a standard CAT-6 cord/jack, you can plug it into this or any router and distribute the wi-fi signal wirelessly in the air, or connect devices with another CAT-6 cord.

Please try again later.Yes it should handle it with no problem. inital set-up could be tricky unless you can get access to the smart wifi program via another device until you get it connected to the satellite service. If it comes from your satellite box via a Ethernet cable you are all set. If it's an rf signal, it may be just a touch more involved. A phone with the smart wifi app and independent web access will trouble shoot anything that might cause you a problem just fine.
