• I have mine setup on a Time Warner cable modem and it works perfectly. Setup couldn't be easier - it's truly plug and play.

• Yes. It's not the ISP that makes this compatible or not. It's the type of modem used by the ISP. This router goes between the ISP modem and your LAN. Some ISP's provide their own modems that have the firewall and/or wifi built in so you have to get those components of their modem deactivated if you want to use this netgear router.

• Absolutely I am saddled with TWC as well but the router works quite well with the older router they supplied me with and their upgraded version.
