• Doubt it as it uses an Ethernet cable from the modem to change the signal to WiFi Your cell phone hot spot is its own WiFi router - you can probably connect a WiFi extender to your phone

• Your question is pretty confusing. Are you saying that you do not have internet service and would be looking use the router to network you phones hotspot service?

• No. Why would you need to do this anyway? Most phones allow you to broadcast a WiFi signal as a hotspot
