It should work as long as your signal is strong as per the instructions. With an assortment of cable lengths, it should work fine, just keep the cable length as short as practical.

Yes that works. I use it like that for my PS4. I only notice about -5Mbps difference between my router and extender.

If I read the instructions correctly you can. Just use the WPS button to set up the device and it works out of any wall plug.

As long as the extender is getting signal from your router, you can plug a device into it with an Ethernet cord.
