• Once you connect it to an outlet u can hook it up to the router via Ethernet cable or set it up wirelessly via website it tells you on the instructions manual

• You will plug it in the wall. Following the included instructions, I was able to establish the connection to my router wirelessly. It’s a winning product for us... it’s helped the Lag in the kids bedrooms.
