“I have a modem/wireless router from my ISP (Spectrum, formerly Brighthouse). Will this unit work with my setup? Do I need to access the router settings at all in order to set this up?”

• We bought one because our neighbors have internet and gave us their password. My 15 year old son set it up and all he used was the password provided to us by them.

• According to the directions the extender had to be in the same room as the router. After the Extenders WPS LED starts blinking, you have two minutes to press the WPS button on the router. Once this was done everything after that was automatic. Just follow the directions. It works on any router. Don't forget to reassign your device to the new "Extended Network".
