• it works for me in a garage with 2x6 walls and a fire door(wood framing)

• the metal building probably acts as a Faraday cage viz.blocks all EM radiation within.Need an aerial mounted outside.

• Doesn't work very well through walls. Bought to extend range to patio, weak signal <3 bars> when outside of house
