• I have my extender ~20 feet away from the primary wifi router and it works great. I placed mine in a dead area where without the extender, a device will only receive a two-bar signal.

• I have many walls in my home, but I'm able to amplify my wifi on opposite ends of house now and even outdoors. I installed this about half way into the house from the outer corner of opposite side of my house...aprox. 140 ft.range can now pickup out in my shed and garage.
