• Try holding in the routers reset button for 10 seconds then try again once it's rebooted.

• Try a hard factory reset. Should be a labeled small pin hole for that. With router turned on use paperclip to depress the reset button for 7 to 10 seconds. The router will reset to factory defaults.

• Process flow. Unplug your modem. Plus it back. Let it power back up. Unplug your router and plug it back then let it power up. Should be ready to use again.
