Try holding in the routers reset button for 10 seconds then try again once it's rebooted.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a hard factory reset. Should be a labeled small pin hole for that. With router turned on use paperclip to depress the reset button for 7 to 10 seconds. The router will reset to factory defaults.
