• You can use the router's page or use netgear genie app to find wireless password, and use that password to connect.

• Go in your settings and you should be able to find netgear, click on it. Sometimes there's a choice between netgear and netgear 5, find out which one you can connect to, it should be the same for your computer and your phone.

• Try changing the wireless channel and or ad the wireless ssid and encryption manually. Check that DHCP and exceptions list you may need to add your phones MAC address to get connected Give those a go.
