• Yes. This router worked with my CenturyLink DSL service. The router should work with any Internet source supplied via a CAT5e or CAT6 cable. However, I dropped CenturyLink because it was too slow. I now have cable Internet service and the router immediately worked without any adjustments.

• There shouldn't be any issue with using this with a Century Link modem. Follow the setup instructions and you should be fine.
