HDMI connections should be on both the cable box and TV. Plug and play.

There are adapters available to convert from coaxial cable to HDMI. There are boxes and there are adapter cables that can be barreled onto the end of the coaxial cable.

Otherwise pick up one of these (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/monoprice-component-ypbpr-s-pdif-digital-coax-optical-toslink-audio-to-hdmi-converter-rev-2-0/1309329076.p?id=mp1309329076&skuId=1309329076) I haven't personally used it but seems like your only option if there's no other output from the wall/box.
