Q: QuestionHello! I recently bought a Sonos arc and a subwoofer to go with it. The sub wasn’t connecting at all and Sonos said the arc has to connect to an Ethernet and the sub to Wi-Fi due to the Ruckus router. It’s still not connecting and need your help!

Q: QuestionHello I have a Sony XBR 930D and a Sony HT-NT5 soundbar. I bought them both from Best Buy and installed by the Geek Squad. I have 2 with the same setup. The one in the family room stopped working and there is no sound from the soundbar. Can you help?

Q: QuestionSubwoofer cuts out&I have to unplug it&re-plug it to get it to work. It eventually cuts out again. Need analysis& possible wire replacement.Wire is cheap&may be the problem. It runs in a tube, bottom of wall, then behind the wall into the receiver
