Yes, you will need a different set of hinges. It comes with the door hinges on the right side. To move it to the left side, which I want to do, you cannot do this with the same hinges. I had to call NewAir for other hinges. They have great customer service but it has been nearly 2 weeks now and I have not received the other hinges. Supposedly they are on their way. Also, if you mount the door on the left side instead of the right side (which is the way it came) I am pretty sure you cannot lock the door because the lock will be on the top of the door and the latch for the lock is at the bottom. You really won’t be able to tell and this does not bother me because I don’t plan to lock it. Hope this helps!
