To use it properly simply place any amount of distilled water in the container and place it inside the unit where it is not in the way. This will prevent the corks from drying out. Q: QuestionHello. I’m reading the manual and under “Cleaning Your Cooler”, It says to unscrew the water reservoir at the bottom of the unit and rinse with water. I can’t find this on my cooler unit, can you include a picture of it. Thanks

Q: QuestionWhy is this a non-standard height of 33”? Other built-in fridges come in a standard height of 34”. How can I raise this to be at least 34”? There is a gap under my counter with this installed. Doesn’t look right.

Q: QuestionDo you need a special kit to be able to reverse the way the door opens?

• A:Answer Yes, you will need a different set of hinges. It comes with the door hinges on the right side. To move it to the left side, which I want to do, you cannot do this with the same hinges. I had to call NewAir for other hinges. They have great customer service but it has been nearly 2 weeks now and I have not received the other hinges. Supposedly they are on their way. Also, if you mount the door on the left side instead of the right side (which is the way it came) I am pretty sure you cannot lock the door because the lock will be on the top of the door and the latch for the lock is at the bottom. You really won’t be able to tell and this does not bother me because I don’t plan to lock it. Hope this helps!
