QuestionWe just received out wine cooler and it seems like the back is missing a screen or vent panel. The motor etc is fully exposed in the back, is it supposed to look like that, seems rather odd that it's not covered?

QuestionJust hot my newair and the the arrows to go up and down for the temperature isn't working or the setting button. Need help?

- Answer Thank you for contacting Newair. Kindly press and hold the temperature up and down button simultaneously for 3 seconds to unlock the buttons. After doing so, you can increase or decrease your temperature and it should resolve the issue. Best Regards, Customer Care
