- Answer The lights have an on/off switch on the inside. The lights do not operate simply when you open and close the door.

- Answer 17". In fact, you can lay one bottle horizontally in front of each row. The downside to this unit are the wooden racks. They are thin, flimsy and very cheap. A couple came damaged that I repaired and others fell apart. I replaced them all with black steel ones.

QuestionMy maximum opening for the wine cooler is 33" x 24" - can someone please confirm that the maximum outside dimensions of the wine cooler including to the bottom of the legs/feet (if it has adjustable feet) is per specifications shown of 33" x 23.4".

QuestionI bought this 3.5 years ago, and it just suddenly and completely stopped cooling. It still powers on, and I’ve tried disconnecting/reconnecting the power several times, but everything is 85 degrees inside. Please help!

QuestionWhy does it say in the description that the height is 33 inches and the width is 23 inches wide but when my order arrived its actually states on the box that the height is 38.2 and the width is 28.6. But the model numbers are the same???

QuestionWhat is the plastic clear cup that was taped to one of the shelves of the unit?

The moisture container can be placed anywhere inside the unit half filled with distilled water. This is used to maintain the humidity within the unit. It also helps your corks from drying out.
